Moyes saved us from relegation, and I truly thank him.
TFG, saved us from financial ruin, and I truly thank them
But football clubs are not frozen in time, you either go forward and progress, or slowly sink back into the abyss.
To go forward, Moyes must take honourable retirement, and TFG, must commit to funding that returns Everton to footballs top table, that or sell to an owner willing and able to do so.

They've only been in charge about 14 months.

Moyes is a safe pair of hands. We won't get relegated with him, but be assured we'll never move forward with him. He has to be praised for working wonders with most of these mediocre players, but myself, I'd prefer a more adventurous manager, and one who gives youth a chance. Only my opinion, mind ya, everyone else's is just as valid as mine.

From Moyes's facial expressions, you can see that he is really livid about the results and the performances of certain players. He knows them, after all, he sees them every day, and he knows, deep down, some of them are not up to the level required, but he can't publicly say this. We can, but he can't, as they are assets of the club. However, one thing is for sure: he will definitely know the type of players to recruit in the summer.
Having said that, we all know on this forum what is needed, so surely he must know. Once we have a higher calibre of players drafted into the squad in the summer, he can then start to introduce some of our young talent that's knocking on the door. That's if he's still our manager for next season.

Moyes likes grafters like Tarkowski and Keane. The only way I will change my views on him is if he picks O'Brien and Branthwaite ahead of these two, and not as bloody full backs. Playing Garner at right back was criminal, given how weak our midfield is. Why were Patterson and Coleman sitting on the bench? And what has happened to Aznou and Rohl, and don't give me "he says them every day in training" crap. He played Gana and Tim in midfield, so I can only think they must be amazing in training, because neither can actually pass a ball.
He's the manager, and part of his job is to develop these players, not ignore them. Same team, same tactic, home and away. Awful to watch, just lumping long balls up the pitch, which is a shame as, despite what people say, we have some very good footballers, we just won't let them play football.
