I know Arteta played for us but I don’t know what it is. I can’t take to the guy; he is very, very annoying and himself and the Arsenal fans are getting carried away. There was a fan on the radio last night saying Arteta is the 3rd best manager of all
time. Honestly, Arsenal bore the trunks off me. I can’t watch any of their games; they win 1 0 from a pen, a corner or a deflection and the VAR decisions have been ridiculous.
Fair play, they won the league but they are a bad side, create nothing from open play and the standard in the prem gets worse every season. I think they are a terrible football team, would finish about 10th if you put them in the league of 15-20 years ago, best of a really bad bunch they are now. Boring, boring, boring. Think Moyes is boring; watching Arsenal must be worse. I know they still won the league but come on, it’s hard to watch.

Well, I would rather watch the boring football Arsenal play (League Champions) than the boring football we play (sod all) .

Worth noting Arsenal are league champions because of the amount of money they spent recruiting that insane squad they have (on top of being favoured by officials all season) , unlike us.
As for Arteta, never liked the man. Didn't like how he strung us along all summer wanting to stay, then last minute saying "oh actually I want to leave", giving us no time to replace him and he didn't even put in a transfer request so we didn't have to pay him a loyalty bonus.
As a manager he's even more unbearable.

I think he has a case of the Mysterones, though it's not contagious. It makes you run around and wave your arms a lot.

It always baffles me why some of our fans hold him in such high regard when, as you say, Swan, he shafted us to get a move with no time for us to replace him. Gobsh*te of a man.

1-0 everytime for me, Dino. Was once on live range firing, stroppy Cpl came up and said you call that shooting, no groups f****** awful. Sgt came along, took us to the target, touched the target, it fell over in half. Me to Cpl, think he's dead, that's a win.

Name a side that plays good exciting football in that Premier League. None of them do. The league's ruined by Gardiola and pass the other team to death tactics. It doesn't happen in other European leagues. Watch PSG play, that's how it's done, same as Bayern Munich and Barcelona to name 3.
{Ed025's Note - i must say TL i have enjoyed watching quite a few mid table teams, the likes of Bournemouth, Brentford, Sunderland and even Leeds and Palace, i agree that the top teams are awful to watch though mate..

Arsenal do not play like a Guardiola team though. I don't mind watching City against the lesser teams because they do go for the kill. Whereas Arteta plays 6 defenders at home against relegated teams and still resorts to long ball.
