Since you ask who is for me, I would rather take a punt on Nicholas Jackson if he was available. The one I really wanted was Franculino Gluda Dju plays FC Midtjylland in the Danish Superliga but can't see us going for him although we have been linked.
Not sure about the lad from Burnley they are bigging up at the moment so there is at least top top of my head could probably think of more if I say down and studied the attributes I would like in a striker for Everton.

Think the guy from Burnley did we last season in a crap team. We bought Pickford from a side relegated, and he's not been a bad buy.

I really rate Dju, explosive striker and high volume strikes, not shot shy, pretty clinical in front of goal. A goal every 79 mins last season, which is some going whatever league you are in. His conversion rate was a whopping 65%!
Compared to Beto at 20.9, Barry at 21.1, and Delap is a dreadful 2.78%. ?
Though to be fair to Delap, he was better at Ipswich with 25% conversion as played in a system more suited to him, dropping deeper and running at defenders, kind of what we ask of Beto, but he gets out muscled off the ball or his touch lets him down too often.
Dju is one of those strikers who seems to have the ability to create himself that bit of space; whether he could do that in the Premier League is the big question.
He is really strong with his left foot and scores a lot from the right side of the box, latches on to balls played in from the left, 42% of our attacks last came down the left flank through Grealish and KDH which would feed to Dju's strength.
His weakness though is his aerial threat, only one of his goals came with his head last season and his stats for aerial duels won are not good.
Dju would also represent a more cost effective outlay.
