This Ndiaye sale and Richy purchase sucks.
Firstly, from Ndiaye saying he wants to play in the Champions League yada yada he’s off to a Spurs side who have flirted with relegation worse than we have.
What is really poor here is we are getting rid of a player we really rate, and for a really low fee, this lot struggle to do transfer business!
In this current market Ndiaye should have been going at around £80m plus!
Richy, they want off their books as they have too many players and won’t register him so we should have been using that to our advantage for a much lower fee remaining!
We are clearly more desperate for funds in than I initially thought as this will book £51m to the accounting figures and then Richarlison's fee will be split over the term of his contract.
Not being in Europe means we are not subject to that 45 day rule making something like this a swap deal.
Still believe we should have got a bigger sum.
Add to that Tete and we have not planned for long term this is just fixing the squad with sticky tape when it needs new parts.
Right now I am thinking Thelwell was much better for the club.

Ndiaye hasn’t said that GB has he? ?♂️ Unfair to say he has, he is our most sellable asset with interest from other clubs, he hasn’t kicked up a fuzz or downed tools. He deserves better than Spurs, but think more a case of the club pushing the deal than player.

We 100% look like we have to sell. Armstrong yesterday and Ili today. I’m in the dark as to the finances, as all on here are, but it does seem that we are driving this. Come on, it’s Spurs we are talking about here. They might have the best stadium commercially, but they’re an absolute basket case of a club.

No problem with Ndiaye going, the price, however, is a joke.
Getting Richie back is good, the price, however, is a joke.
Tete is a full back & that's what we need. Not an earth shattering deal, but now we can put round pegs in round holes.
Grealish isn't what we need. We have pacy young wingers & Jack would slow us down too much.
Would be good to try to get a striker as Beto will be going to Italy.
