Carrying on our unbeaten start to the season is a great feeling. Great to be able say we controlled a game, and should have scored more but feels like we were the victim of last weeks' Fernandez onside farce and whoever was going to score a goal next with a player offside anywhere in the build-up, VAR were going to make sure it was disallowed - it'll be something else next week.
Small squad but the team seem to be pulling together and playing for each other. Being Welsh I have a soft spot for Johnson, but I do agree George and Dibling can feel hard done by not starting. On the positive side he gets into good positions and hopefully he will start taking his chances.
Looking at the teams around us we can definitely keep this going and push for Europe hopefully - will be important in attracting better calibre of players to strengthen the squad.
I'd much rather have my Everton than teams like Spurs who, despite spending 100s of £millions have a bunch of players rather than a decent team.

£366 million Spurs spent this summer and for what, we did what we had to today unlucky over the disallowed goal, very happy at ou position in the table.

I do think it will click for Spurs eventually and then you'll see the true potential of the money they spent but it's another example of throwing money at a club does guarantee success.

Welsh or not! BJ was very poor. So far I'm struggling to see what he offers either offensively or defensively where it looks like he just trots and doesn't understand where to be.
