Makes me laugh when I see discussion about the size and quality of our squad. In my humble opinion we don't have a squad, we have number of players who Moyes has faith in and will use them apart from injury. They include: Pickford, Branthwaite, Tarkowski, Keane, Mykolenko, Maitland-Niles, Garner, Armstrong, Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish, Johnson and Barry. That makes 12 core players that he will use most of the time.
The rest: O'Brien, Hackney, Norgaard, Rohl, Alcaraz, George, Dibbling, Graham, Travers and King he either uses as substitutes, gives short cameo appearances or uses them only if one of the core players is injured.
If he does use them it is often not at their favorite position, for example O'Brien at right-back not at center-back. He either thinks that they are too young, not ready or not good enough or cannot defend.
Consequentially the opposing Manager knows exactly what he will face, knows most of the attacking play will go through Grealish and will know for certain that we will lack speed and will be set up defensively.
Going forward nothing will change, we will be safe from relegation but the question will always be "what if, Moyes had given some of fringe players a chance? ".

Agree completely- we all know the result against Arsenal will be a loss. He has an awful record against top 6 sides- doesn't attack and we are just sitting ducks.
He needs to be gone ASAP.

Your a bundle of laughs Sobs mate.

Never know he might surprise us and play five centre backs. Go 5-4-1. 90mins of solid defending 0-0 draw and everyone is happy. Apparently.

If we beat or notch up a draw against Arsenal, he will feel totally vindicated, and so on, and the question marks are stored away. We all know this.
The gunners don't do 'draws' atm, and they have only lost one right now; otherwise, they would be on a par with the ''cheats''.
If we do lose to them, I for one won't be shocked, but if they beat the drum and go down fighting, plus Moyes tries some out-of-the-box ideas for a change, then I will at least have a bit of reassurance.
{Ed025's Note - we need to see what side he puts out Rus, if im honest i dont think there will be much change from last week...but i live in hope mate..

20 visits to the Emirates and we have won one game. I'm with Sobs on this one.

Bundle of laughs GB - just google his record against top 6 - it's awful.
I can come on here like you and say we will win 3-1 3-0 2-0 every week but it's just never going to happen.
Wish I could think this way but I've literally had enough - Sunderland Brighton palace Forest etc all in Europe - look at us - why are we always so hopeless year in year out.

I know light hearted gaff till the weekend, sitting ducks I bet we quackered mate.

Completely agree Mike - he's so predictable, both in the lineup and tactics, that basically ANY team with any tactical nouse can pull us apart.
The fact that every other team has been able to make chances against Chelsea, except us, is a testament to how easy we are to nullify.

No bother GB - I'm just so annoyed as you can tell - but I'll cheer up mate - I hoping Barry bangs one in - then does his celebration as if he hadn't just missed 13 sitters - that always makes me laugh- have a good weekend ?.
