I cannot see this being true, there was talk that they were impressed with him, if that's true and he's had a injury so can't be judged yet surely.

Rohl needs a bit more time, he’s been thrown in after a Hernia operation due the current situation, I personally don’t think he’s up to speed just yet, let’s see what he’s like when we get a full squad back up and running, weaning him from the bench. He’s seems to have all of the attributes needed to be a success,

I had a double hernia operation and I was still suffering from it 4 months later. It's way to soon for him.

Either way, I definitely wouldn't. He hasn't been great lately, but as people are saying, he's still recovering from an injury, and, like KDH, Moyes has barely played him in his preferred position. He clearly likes to play deeper and drive everyone forward, which he did earlier in the season; lately, he's been thrown further up, or out wide, or at fullback, and has struggled to get involved at all.
Give him a few months and play him a little deeper and I genuinely think there is a good player in there, and one who deserves a little patience (which i'm rare to offer)
