I know it's probably a load of rubbish and lazy journalism but BBC Sport gossip is saying about a swap with Palace between McNeil and Johnson. I would be happy with that.
Also, I didn't realise McNeil was only 26. I thought he was about 30.

No way, we would be swapping one average player for another. We need people to improve the squad.
Also, we need a quality finisher more than a RB, if we are going to finish in a European place. With the 2 B's, that will not to B (sorry I'll get my coat!)

Not a fan of this deal but I can see some logic, Johnson is very quick and direct and is more for the right side. McNeill is in his final year so we need to move him on.
I feel we will get Jack back so the left side would have Jack George and could use Ndiaye there.
Right could have Ndiaye Dibling and Johnson could get some time there.
But they will be wanting money on top, which for me isn't a good thing when we still need one of these mythical right backs.

Sometimes just a move can rejuvenate a player; however, McNeil will never develop his other foot, so for me it would be us getting the better deal.

Johnson was decent at Spurs. .. He's only been Palace a season and he's still young.. I think it would be a decent swap especially for McNeil who offers nothing.
