I'm hoping the board come to their senses regarding Ille, 60 million is a steal. Has to be 75/80 million. It's ridiculous to think the board agreed 60 million, then spent more than half on Richie. Whoever was in charge of the decision regarding the fees needs to be fired! Hopefully Everton will up the price for City or Arsenal!

Looks like Spurs are using the Ndiaye deal as a blackmail (afree confirming separate deals) and neither Richi or Everton are buying it.

Well, Richy has just made a statement of his own saying he clearly wants to come back to Everton "his beloved club".
If we can get Richy for £15/20m, Balogun for around £35m, and then looks like City are going to get Ndiaye as it looks like the Gakpo deal is close to collapsing, I'd be saying £60m cash + Grealish permanent for Ndiaye so effectively about 80 m, that would hopefully still give us a bit of leeway for tete-a-tete and hopefully Bard.
