With JB signed up and Alcaraz as well and young exciting players being linked, I can see many more coming in and joining our new up and coming Everton, players at so called big clubs but not playing will be looking at us to get their careers going I can see only good things happening this window, no more the underdog but an awakening Giant, bring it on and enjoy the ride.

Most exciting times since the Eighties.

Signing Big Dunc from rangers was exciting
James signed by Carlo
The Yac
Arteta
Lukaku
There’s been quite a few signings that have got me excited. I can’t say I’m as excited by this summer so far.

Some good shouts there Ace, I'd add;
Signing Kanchelskis, that's one that sticks out as a surprise to me.
Also, finishing 4th was quite an exciting time, in recent memory.

You don’t think a new stadium, new manager, new owners, staying in the Premiership keeping JB getting rid of so many oldies getting new recruits, for me that’s very exciting, just my opinion.

The new stadium is quite exciting GB, I'll give you that! But not sure about the other stuff you've listed.
New manager, the novelty of them wore off a few seasons ago, we have been through a few :-) but seriously, I feel comfortable with Moyes in charge but not excited.
New owners - I'd say it's refreshing to have new ownership but since PSR came in, it's less exciting from a transfer perspective in my opinion, it's not as if we're going to spend 100's of millions because of new owners, like clubs could do in the past.
JB might be the best signing we make this summer. And we were never getting relegated last season due to how bad the 3 that did get relegated were.
New recruits, it'll be interesting but I just can't see us pulling up any trees.
Just my opinions eh, I like everyone on here hope we have a blinding window and we finally start the upward trajectory.
{Ed025's Note - according to reports we may be getting Jack Harrison back...at a cost of £7m, i dont care if we signed Haaland, Salah and Rodri....the transfer window would be a disaster if that happened
02 Jul 2025 21:06:08
Agreed Ed, we must do better than Harrison.
Don't believe everything you read ED :-)
{Ed025's Note - i dont Jase, but if it did happen it would be my worst nightmare mate..
02 Jul 2025 21:12:44
Iwobi twice the player of Harrison.
{Ed025's Note - i would say 100,000,000,000 times better Sobs..
02 Jul 2025 21:13:50
That's quite expensive amount to pay for a translator for Alcaraz ed025.
{Ed025's Note - Charly would probably be dropped for him Dentie..
02 Jul 2025 21:15:19
Don’t Ed, not even in jest mate.
{Ed025's Note - would i joke about something as tragic as that Ace?..

I'd be disappointed if we didn't go back in for Fellows to play on the right.
02 Jul 2025 23:09:27
Fellows makes sense; Harrison less so. Moyes said our wingers needed to chip in with more assists and goals but neither Lindstrom or Harrison managed that last year.
03 Jul 2025 07:58:51
Totally agree BR. Fellows puts in a decent cross, like to see us get 3 wingers in with one of them as a back up striker.
