Morning my fellow Evertonians. I just wondered which camp you are on: more live Premier League matches or more football fan phone-ins. I will mail my Everton colours to the mast. I prefer listening to the views of football fans. I have seen many a dreary boring football match but never heard a boring phone-in on TalkSport or Five Live. What day you.

I find football matches to be very boring to watch on the whole these days.
There is a stat that's gone round a few times, about 10 years ago, the players with most passes were the likes of Fabregas, David Silva, Yaya Toure, Lampard, etc.
The past 2 or more seasons, it's been dominated by CB's and defensive midfielders.
I wouldn't want more matches or phone ins, ha ha ha.
I'd want less VAR and less Carragher.

The control/possession tactic of Pep has made watching football a little tedious at times for me. The passing sideways and backwards can be incredibly frustrating when you want to see players take each other on.
I'd still rather watch more games than hear people talk about them. I've no interest in whether Man City beat Newcastle, but I'd rather watch the game than listen to their fans moan.

I have to say I very rarely sit and watch a whole match on the telly, it's all a bit flat and too many cheats rolling around on the floor. I find it all embarrassing when you can clearly see he's faking it and they have VAR on the TV.
I just don't know why they do it, and as soon as it starts the TV is off.

I watch the Championship matches. Far more entertaining, and the refs allow the players to tackle.
