I was reading Spence to Inter for under 30 mill. If thats the case, why aren't we in for him? Do you think it could be wages as the asking price isnt high?

The asking price is high 'to us'. The new rules are based on ability to spend percentage of income on just about everything football. Hence why we are looking for deals.
