Hull make official offer for Tim. Hope we put in a clause for future profit, think this lad will be a very good player in the future.

We get a good price, then good sense to let him go. We never knew which Tim would turn up, we have many choices now.

Think he is a good player, but surely behind our other CM's.
If we can get decent price with sell on % makes sense for us and Tim.

They have allegedly offered 15m so let's do what other clubs do and negotiate a price that we think gives us value.
As others have said, he's decent and has potential to improve. Whether he will get many chances during the season is another thing.
We have a strong midfield now, so it will be tough. His passing lets him down a bit but there are plenty of things to like about his game. 20m and I would let him go, if only so he can get regular game time and realise his potential somewhere else.

A loan might be more beneficial for a season if they feel he's worth it.
