It was reported the Moyes has said he has "never spoken to Dan Friedkin". Not sure if that means ever or just about the present transfer shambles but I would have thought that the owner would want to talk to the manager on a regular basis.

Just read that. He has never been to a home game. Obviously doesn't like UK cuisine or something.

They need to distance themselves as much as possible due to the multi club ownership. Bill was there every week and it didn't do us any favours.
They aren't the problem, the problem is the process we have in recruitment. I imagine we'll learn lessons, but if you look at Roma, they have had a very similar window to us. They bought most players early but failed to get all the players they were after later on. Gasperini came out and defended them.
It's been a funny window and SCR has clearly had a major impact. If you sell players and bring money in to increase revenue then it plays a bigger part on your recruitment. The past couple of years of very little sales has had a negative effect.
I'm hoping in the future we are a buying and selling club again. City, Chelsea, Spurs and Newcastle all brought in a lot of money, but we're able to spend an awful lot as well.
