It's a no from me, I don't really see the fascination with him to be honest. Plus, he could have joined in the summer but decided not to.

yeah, agree with Jase - i liked him when he was here, but it seems like his ability has gone down while he's ego has go enormously up - and everything which should have humbled him (being left out of the Brazil squad, not getting the money he wants anywhere) has only made him worse.
Think it would be smart to steer clear.

Depends on the fee.
If it's £5-10m then it could be worth a punt. He will be rusty as hasn't played competitive football for a while but he adds something different to Barry.

I'd take him for 5-10m. Where else can you get 10-15 goals a season for that?
We don't know that it is his demands that are scuppering deals. All we know is that he said he wanted to decide his future and not be forced into something again.

I am worried he would be too much of a head case for the price. I would love to see him back via my heart of yesterday, but my brain of today tells me to run the other way, and so should Moyes.

It would depend on just where we are in January when looking at strikers. If we don't have anyone else lined up then it would make sense to go after him. it could possibly make the difference between qualifying for Europe or not.
