I would think if Overmars was a target as DoF then Koeman would only strengthen the chances of him coming!

Apparently moyes, pelegrini, emeri, De Boer and unsworth are being interviewed, if you remember, Stubbs, weir and Neville were interviewed before Martinez was given the job so don't panic, moyes applied, Unsworth was interviewed for experience purposes, and De boer was spoken to last month about the possibility .

{Ed025's Note - its being said by a lot of outlets litts but to be fair they are just guessing, FDB has made no secret of the fact he wants the job and overmars looks like he would be part of the package but nothing is certain yet, there is a process to go through and interviews to be conducted so we will have to wait a bit i feel and hope things become clearer over the next couple of weeks mate..

Can see de Boer being r next manager but have a few concerns about that I have seen a few articles in papers from Dutch football journalist's who covers Ajax games says that he is very robotic tactics and the total opposite from koemans style of play so the choice of it was up to me would be to try get emry from sevilla or go for lucien favre.

I'm the same! A friend of mine says that Mourinho's odds have been cut from 20/1 to 7/1. got to be worth a tenner? The longer it takes to get someone in, they'll cut even more surely.

{Ed033's Note - Yes, in theory, if you back at 7/1 with £10 and it drops to 5/1, then you could lay £10 on betfair at 5/1 and get a (nearly) no lose outcome.
If mourinho comes in 7/1 x £10 (bet) minus 5/1 x £10 (lay) = £20 win

If mourinho doesn't come in (most likely outcome) £10 bet loses, but £10 gained on lay bet. (minus betfair win percentage amount)

Knowing everton it will be someone who as not been mentioned in the papers or on the Internet plus I think they already know who our manager is but can't announce it for legal reasons because they are being very quiet about it.

At last someone with sense. Well said Konehead. Say what you want about Moyes at Everton because he obviously made mistakes and conducted himself badly when leaving but a failure at Utd? Please, they panicked and now appointed a short term fix to win the premiership in Mourinho. Some at Utd even said they'd never have Mourinho. Yet he's there now.
