Morning all.
I understand some people's frustrations about not getting some added firepower In to replace Kean but in reflection I think this has been an unbelievable window, based around quality not quantity.
Let's be realistic, we have to abide by ffp rules and although we've shipped out a few players, there maybe more to go Nationally in the next week to help towards balancing the books.
So, I think the plan maybe to get us to January ( only 3 months ) with what we have and then make another assessment of where we're at then.
This is a time for sheer optimism, not time for doom and gloom, we're definitely heading in the right direction so let's enjoy the ride fellow blues.

Rubes, the big improvement for me is I feel that we have 'plans' in the plural as opposed to one singular half baked plan that was the case pre Carlo I also think that FM is doing a fantastic job for us too after we played an awful match against Norwich at home under Marco, he promised there would be ''better days'' that statement never sounded hollow and I believe he kept that promise so a big thanks to Mr Moshiri .

Hi all.
First time poster.
Been following this page from a distance for some time now and really enjoy the content and the format. Some really knowledgable Ed's too which allows decent debate and some silly fans putting in their places. 😂
All in all it's a great platform to openly discuss various topics and now with the early season excitement and optimism it's nice to see some fans getting carried away and dreaming of the good old days returning. I for one am very happy with the start but remain cautious with getting carried away.

It’s just a very frustrating time all round with the current climate and this proposal has left a very bitter taste in most supporters’ mouths.
Some people in general are suffering tremendously with their finances at the moment and football can be a release from certain stresses but this just adds to it in some cases.
A little more compassion wouldn’t go amiss taking into account what’s going on globally.
Not sure what the perfect answer is but something certainly has to give.
{Ed002's Note - Three of the clubs who voted against it and two have said anyone who has paid for a season ticket will not be left out of pocket. There would likely not have been an issue if the pricing was more sensible, but broadcasters additional costs need to be covered. One club has tabled a further discussion for the call due in the coming week.}

It’s exploitation at its worst, not really surprised though.
Everything is about money these days.
The only way to approach this outrageous situation is with solidarity! Everyone should downgrade their subscriptions or cancel where possible and reverse the issue by buying a fire stick / iptv and stick 2 fingers up.
