Seeing we're apparently interested in signing Krepin Diatta, Senegal international, whose contract has run out with Monaco. Not sure on his quality; Ipswich are after him as well. He's mainly a winger but is comfortable in multiple positions across the front line according to the article. Never heard of him tbh.

I think this would be a sensible signing. I know he's not the exciting young attacking right back that we're all hoping for, but he's played a lot of Premier League football and is defo an upgrade on JOB (who will hopefully be allowed to play at CB) , and any of the others Moyes has played there.

BR2526, number 10 is actually where Dibling has been more productive when you look into his stats, so a great shout.

Yilmaz would be a great signing even if we do bring Jack back, lots of quality competition is healthy for me.

We missed out and ended the season badly, not exactly due to the clowns up top top, but injuries and international comps, especially hitting the wings. EPL clubs need 2 in every position. 3 sub GK on bench in recent friendlies. the proper squad is poor and has been for years. Just because we can call up a pencil thin kid from the (fast being remedied) gulf below u23s was a big, big problem.

We can't go buy 8 players at 25m each. Bombing out Dibling etc isn't an option for us regardless of who we might get in, who plays his position. When we finally announce a 25-man squad and it's full of internationals and rising stars, you'll know phase 1 of the TFG rebuild is done.

He didn't ask to be bought for 35million, same as every other young kid at the time who have also not done a great deal. He needs to be loaned out to the Championship for a season.
