Ok so i haven't read enough into it. but palace have just been punished and dropped from europa cause their owners also own Lyon and there's roles about multiple teams by one owner.
If the next few years go good for us, is there something that's going to impact us?

Not if they sell Roma otherwise I remember 02 say more than once

Want there a workaround with one team where they put the ownership of one into a trust so they didn’t have a say? Can’t remember which clubs it was.

I have to say, I feel for palace, lyon should have been demoted simply because they were relegated for whatever reason then won appeal to be reinstated. Point being Palace didn't break any rules or regulations were lyon obvs did so why Palace being punished?

Just read up a little on the blind tryst situation. I believe City, Chelsea and United all did it previously with some of them finalising it in early July. Seems like the deadline was moved to March and Palace didn’t consider it so they fall foul. Forest had considered it and were in the process of changing the ownership structure but missed the deadline. They have been given the green light as they were in the process of it. What sounds really fishy to me is Forest sending a letter to Uefa comparing about Palace and pushing for them to be swapped into a higher prize competition. Forest don’t really come out of this looking very good. They whinged last year with Clattenburg and their owner seems like a bit of a tool.
Maybe we should start sending letters to the FA about how other teams are not being dealt with properly over financial rules. Doubt it would get us anywhere though.

Simple. Put Roma in his son's name and set up a company through him.
