So Spurs slap a £40 million price tag on Richy as much as I love this guy I think we can spend our cash more wisely.

Agree7 Disagree0

Agree GB. Given his recent fitness record I think 40m is a bit too much of a gamble.

Too injury prone these days we had the best from Richy time to get younger players in.

I would take him back in a heart beat, structure a deal that suits if poss but 100% take him back. We need players who will give absolutely e erything for the shirt and he does that and more.

Get what your saying toffeeblue, love Richy but he isn't the player he was, injuries have caught up with him, £40 million is a lot to throw at him.

I'd go a loan with a obligation/ option to buy if appearances and performances are met next season, still be wanting be paying abit less though £25-£30 million.

This is Levy mate. He doesn’t do favours and Spurs are struggling right now so he will want every penny.
40m is way to much. People saying DCL is made of glass, well sadly Richy is in that same boat.

I don't think anyone will pay 40M for him. So if Levy wants to sell him he will be forced to lower his price. I would have him back if the price was right depending on his health between now and the rest of the season.

If there’s a sensible deal to be done and the medical team say he’s fit and healthy, I’d love to see him lim back in a blue shirt.

The lads a firm fav of mine and I've made some big claims about how highly I personally rated him amongst Everton heroes in my lifetime. I'll say it again, he walks into the greatest 11 for this club. A Levy is a Kantye B this is isn't even paper talking but click baits opinion pieces and C you just can't ignore his injury record. It's a no for me but the only way he should comeback is a last minute deadline loan or a very cheap deal when Levy releases him from his mega bucks deal due to zero interest it's just not going to happen. I really think the guy needs to go somewhere less physical and rebuild his body. I literally love him and won't forget his Everton days. Unfortunately like so many amazing young players he was thrashed into the ground and basically didn't stop playing with constant summer tournaments and now he's paying the price. I really wanted him to stick one to the moaning monies who berated him for leaving in the most vile and despicable ways. Gutted for him really.

Loan deal if anything is my thought. I don’t think he’ll come to us though; probably somewhere in Europe. Like the lad though. Always felt we could score when he played.

08 Mar 2025 15:45:07
For 40 million we could get Tom Fellows and another 1 or 2 players from championship who would improve us.

08 Mar 2025 16:08:16
Exactly dentielad my sentiment as well mate.

09 Mar 2025 11:45:46
Sorry but he wouldn’t get in to Everton’s greatest eleven. Unless that is your talking about the last thirty years.

09 Mar 2025 18:37:29
Who would want him back? He falls over all the time. Ndiaye is so much a upgrade to richarlison.

10 Mar 2025 20:49:48
Get into our best ever first 11? As a striker, no way. Dixie, Latchford, Lineka, Lukaku! And much more.

As a winger? Steven, Sheedy, Kanchelskis, Peinaar?

Goal scoring midfielder? Ball, Cahill, Arteta, James?

He’s good yes, but no where near one of our best 11.

Totally agree with BR, if we are to do any kind of deal for him, it has to be a loan to see if he can get back to the form the last time he was with us. He's lost his way a bit down south but 40m is still a bit steep considering his injury record at spurs.
