We all dream of getting into the Champions league, and know it will take time. Could be 5 years or more. So what better time to get young talent in now and develop from here.
Namely. Macatee, and. Fellows.
We have Branthwaite and Armstrong already at the club and so build a team around those 4. In 5 years time they will be in their prime, and add others over the next couple of years.
Patience is needed together with planning for the future. That what gets you to the stage where you only need to replace a couple of players each season instead of half a team.
We hopefully now have stability in the ownership, have stability in the day to day running of the club from David Moyes and co, and then we can expect stability on the pitch.

Can we please just knock any idea of signing Luis on the head. Supposedly after a BIG club! We have had enough of players who think their skill is bigger and better than the club. We can improve the quality of players at the club without relying on ego, s. Previous post mentioned Fellows and McAtee. Go for players who want to play for the badge and club not the pay check or as a stepping stone. Am willing to wait and be patient but let’s bring in the right players.

Agree JB. But there’s no alternative to be patient. The fans have had experience of what Moshiri tried to do and where it ended.

Am only 36 me so can't even class the 95 fa cup final as something I have seen am more worried about what age will I be age before everton qualify for a European place ??.

We all want the signings Brian, and I believe they will come. The market is fairly slow, but should start to pick up now some big transfers have gone through. Have a good season yourself, pal. Should be a good one for us I reckon.
