I know any mention of MoyesOut is very divisive, and the progress we've made from where we were 2 years ago to where we are now is genuinely impressive, but the football on the pitch is every bit as turgid as it has been for the last 10 years.
Can anyone think of a single Good performance we've put in this year? And I don't mean good as in 'we defended well and nicked a goal', like against Forrest or United - a performance in which we were actually the better team, strung together more than 3 short passes and Deserved the win?
Our league position is decent at the moment, no doubt, but in terms of the actual football, Every win has been either attritional, lucky, or an absolute indictment of the opposition, rather than any credit to us. Every single win.
{Ed025's Note - we actually battered Fulham Alex but i know what you mean, now im not defending the manager at all but once these players (mostly internationals) go over that white line its totally up to them to be able to pass a ball 5 yards or to be able to control a ball mate..

With Jack, KDH and Ndiaye I think we look pretty good at times, but feels like that's the players more than the system.
What really frustrates me is the signings again. Rohl looks like he could be the worst business we have done in some time, and we have set a very high bar on that front. Dibling just doesn't look up for it - that's £65m potentially wasted.

We stank the place out today, that’s a fact. I don’t believe it’s fair to say that all 8 victories have come off the back of a combination of luck and attrition though. A solid defence, is not something that happens by accident, it’s a result of hard work and organisation - something which was lacking today.
Tarks is not the player he was and O’Brien is not a right back. We improves an awful squad, and will do so again in the summer.
