Does Moyes highlight which players he wants and the "recruitment" team then attempts to get them in or do the "recruitment" team highlight the players and Moyes says yes or no. Dithering Dave has history so just wondering.

Not sure how our recruitment team earn their money every 12 months, only seem to come alive on last few days of the window, twice a year, do we have a structure plan in place like other clubs?

From the outside it looks a complete mess. Get deals done early I might be persuaded that they actually had some targets.
