I don't think TFG are too bothered with the January transfer market. While we are in a safe position they will let things go on as they are. They have been more active in AS Roma.
I think come the end of the season is when we will see TFG act with Everton. They will also have got a better understanding of the Premier League by then.

It sounds like deals were explored. Is it possible that we just no longer agree to have our pants pulled down and only want to sign players that actually improve the squad? Fully expect the club to go big in the summer and improve the squad again.
