A few pundits saying Alcaraz was poor against Forest! I wouldn't say poor but certainly not what I and I suspect a few others were expecting given we were advocating his inclusion. Saying Moyes needs to contemplate a change of formation. Problem with that is numbers. I would say stick and not twist.

Why do we need to change formation? 4 wins in 5, 7th in the table. Alcaraz us a very good player, like others have said needs game time. Maybe not always a starter but certainly next off the rank when needed.

Great to see the lads doing well out on loan in tough leagues. Heath appears to be impressing his manager with his output and young Harrison is having another solid season in the Championship.

Would much rather have these lads on the bench next season to come on and add something as opposed to having 2 keepers on the bench.

Well I’m definitely in the camp that says Moyes is not perfect but to be fair to the man he’s got us to a semi final and a final in the past. So let’s see what he does for this one.

I’m from the era when the FA cup excited me more than the league, probably because we were perennial finalists at the time so I’m desperate for a good run this year (every year come to that) .

Personally, I think most of his issues can be blamed at Amorim. I reckon he would be quality for us, but we'd be about 20th in the queue for him.

I liked the lad when he first turned up. Maybe a combination of different managers has had an adverse effect on him. I mean just look at KDH, I know a few on here we’re not keen on his signing at first. Mainoo could become another KDH and a long term replacement for Gana.

Not for us. As for KDH, personally always liked him, I must have missed the posts from those not keen. Of those I knew/know nothing about, Dibling stands out, I fear that even when Ndiaye goes to Afcon Dibling will still be second choice to McNeil.

Watched McNeil, it was like treading water compared to the rest, slowed the game down. He didn't do much wrong, perhaps that is what Moyes sees.

Can’t comment on Dibling because I’ve hardly seen the lad play in blue. Though from what I’ve seen from highlights from his Southampton days the lad has a lot of ability and likes to run at defences.
