Another season over and I for one am amazed that we survived. Points deductions, a winless run that seemed to go on forever and the farce that is the sale of the club still didn't relegate us.

SD now had to be given time to rebuild us with whatever means are at his disposal. He has stayed focused and deserved to be on the list for manager of the season.

The sale will now hopefully go through fairly quickly and we can all enjoy our summer knowing FM is out of our club.

Whatever players leave, they go with our thanks and best wishes. I just hope Branthwaite and Pickers stay. They have both been amazing this season.

The new stadium looks stunning and will transform our club and its finances. We will rise again and become a force which will be the best way to give two fingers to Mr Masters and his cronies.

We are all different mate I thought we would stay up all along appeared, appeared to be a close shave at on time turned out fine with that remarkable run of points at the end we did it with 3 games to spare, no mean feat that, onwards and upwards now hopefully 5 or 6 new players and roll on next season eh buddy.

Yep survival was never a doubt for me either as the 3 promoted sides were just woeful and the points they managed were amongst the lowest ever. My protest has always been about the style and style I don't fully agree is the only way for a side in the bottom half as some believe. I do think this coming season will be tougher. I don't think the squad will be as talented. I don't think the promoted sides will be as bad. Ipswich may have trouble but Leicester have money though they'll likely (and please make it a big one for our benefit) get a points deduction for what I believe is a bigger breach than ours. Will Leeds get back? They also may do better after the yo yo season too. Will Brentfords bubble finally burst? Forrest? Palace seem to have moved away from relegation fodder as too Bmouth. Fulham seem like they could go one way or other but probably too strong. So its us and Ipswich definitely already looking over our shoulders. Think 40 points standard may be back unlike this 20+ nonsense. I'm looking forward to massive changes in summer 25. Just 1 more season of abject gloom and tedium.

I certainly doubted when we didn't win a game for three months.
Encouraging to see the resolve of the squad. It wasn't always pretty, but the alternative would almost certainly have been relegation.
Now we wait and see what our squad looks like in August. Unfortunately, I think that it's inevitable that DCL, Branthwaite and Onana will leave. I'd hope we could find a home for Keane and Maupay too. Personally I think Pickford will stay. Then we need to rely on the Scouts to have done the job they're paid for, and possibly blood a couple of youngsters too.

It got a bit twitchy towards the end and there were times when I thought we were destined to go down. Not knowing exactly how many points were coming off in total over two appeals was horrible, it just felt like the deduction would send us down. The game away at Chelsea was hard to take and I wasn't too sure if the squad had the mental strength to recover from that scoreline. But what a turnaround it was after that shocker!
We would have been more than comfortable without the deductions and there would have been little reason to be fearful of the drop but we don't do things by halves do we? We didn't seem to get the rub of the green for the majority of the season but it worked out in the end. Now all we need is this 777 to do one and bring in a new owner that has no dodgy affiliations, dodgy money or untrustworthy board members. Isn't an awful lot to ask for really.
