There's surely little doubt that the club - directors and major shareholders - will be taking the advice of experts about the way forward re the stadium, commercial deals, and all other relevant matters. That surely also goes for the manager's position - not only whether to retain RM, but also (which seems likely now) who will replace him. I wonder which experts are being consulted. Every fan and pundit seems to have an opinion (usually ill-informed and often biased! ) , but who are the football people out there that really do know the strengths of those managers/ coaches that are available, interested, and obtainable and who of these experts would be absolutely trusted by those at our club who are responsible for spending the money?
