Given how long they fanny about with these decisions, you can guarantee that our appeal won't be concluded until after the last game.
One thing we can all be certain of is that come the end of the season, if we are 1 or 2 pts from safety, they will not be giving us those points back, like they did with Forest.
I can't wait for the all the media to come out now and tell us how lucky we are that we have had a further deduction so we can gain a sporting advantage due to it galvanising the players!

The season finishes May Ed and my understanding is a appeal would take it past this and something the clowns don't want. Think the April is the date they wanted it all resolved by to give a chance for an appeal.
{Ed002's Note - It is difficult to see any grounds for appeal and obviously one result could be an increase in the punishment. There is a drop dead date for appeals to be completed but the Premier League will want them closed out very quickly. The only clowns are Everton.}

Think they are both a set of clowns Ed TBH.
Imo Everton should just accept the charge and move on as much as think we have been somewhat harshly treated we could have easily been dealt with more severely with us being a repeat offender.
Look forward to next season when City finally get dealt with and your Chelsea Ed, that is if the goalposts ain't moved again.

I think the only clowns are the PL. You can't have PSR without having a clear sanction structure in place. Asking for 17 points to be taken off is abhorrent, they are just attempting to show they can self govern and regulate. However they are just making themselves look incompetent.
