After that improvement second half against Burnley I can see us getting all three points on Sat will be massive and will lift us away from Luton after their loss last night looking forward to it.

Against Newcastle.

We will beat Burnley if he changes the formation and bins Young. If we persist with that formation then it will be a draw, and Dyche will see that as good result.

I'm not so sure. Burnley un beaten in 4. I'll bet they score. And that means we need 2 to win. Never likely. I'll go for a 1-1.

Dont agree with the this and that business if it stays the same etc, we got a hard earned point on Tues and if as Woburn says we get a little bit of luck then that shot from garner which was sooooo close would have gone in, I think Young played ok after all it was him who got us the pen he knew exactly what he was doing bitter complaints moaning too from him the hands held out wide to the officials so they look at and bingo we gat a goal from it, Gomes second half was superb, so I am going for a win on Sat it will be massive, it’s only my opinion Brass mate.

Agree GB we all have opinions mate. But nobody will convince me that Young should be in the team.

Brass if he wasn’t in the team the other night we wouldn’t have had a penalty and we wouldn’t have come away with a point.

Not his biggest fan by any stretch but though he actually did alright the other night, far worse players in the pitch - doucore anonymous and McNeil spent too long in the middle rather than on the wing.

All about opinions though.

I’m not his biggest fan either but his experience got us that pen.

04 Apr 2024 16:44:33
Sorry but you can’t say that. If he wasn’t in the team then perhaps the player replacing him would go on to score a hatrick, who knows?
The guy is past his best simple as.

Young is past his best. He is also a great utility player to have in a tiny squad (RW, RB, LW, LB) . He was not brought in to be the starting RW.

However, Harrison has been absolutely abysmal of late, young has been better than Harrison. He gets in to the box more, makes more crosses and defends better. If I had to choose I'd play young over Harrison as well. I'm not saying young is a great player, but he's the best we have.

Personally I'd play with no wingers, I think Harrison and McNeil are 2 of our biggest underperformers of the season.

{Ed025's Note - i agree on Harrison Chris, McNeil does get a bit of leniency from me though mate just because of his wife,s misfortune..
