Hi Ed who's looking after the transfers with no manager in place?

Do managers not pick who they want the club to buy Ed what will happen if the new manager doesn't like or agree with who we have bought what's the point in buying players before we have appointed a new manager only asking Ed so don't bite my head off.

Is Kevin Reeves still at the club?
Haven't RM's back-room appointees (that he brought from Wigan Athletic) now left Everton along with RM himself? I don't know - that's why I'm asking.

Had a really good chat with a couple of Everton 'Senior' Scouts little while ago, quite an eye opener and insight. Currently there is an awful lot going on behind the scenes one of which is a major review of the scouting system.
