Rafa as manager? Are you guys for real. he'd be a ticking time bomb. You think the fans reaction to martinez was bad. Can you imagine the reception rafa would have with similar results.

Anomblue: I agree that he would be an "Agent Benitez" protest waiting to happen at the first sign of poor results.
I also wonder if he'd want too much control over the club's affairs - which would not sit comfortably in the structure that Mr Moshiri might decide to put in place (e. g. a Director of Football) .
