Well I'm made up, i am pleased we have signed Big Sam as our next manager, we have been headless chickens since the moment Koeman came on the scene, also through the Gordan Lee, Mike Walker and Walter Smith times, Big Sam is going to have at last an owner who is prepared to back him, he has an 18 month contract to start and I believe he will be breaking the door down to get our team performing well, at the end of the day we could have ended up with some foreign coach who knows nothing of the Premier League, we now have a guy who knows it like the back of his hand, remember how Wenger, Mourinio and Pep etc all moaned about him because he dared to take points off their star studied prima donnas, this is a job for Big Sam with a Big Club at last, it will suit him down to the ground believe me he will be loving this, COYBS.

That maybe so. Have you seen the starting line up tonight. Looks like Unsworth is trying to give Big Sam a losing start. How the heck can you have Williams and Martina in the same back line. Tell you what, let's see how it goes but those two in particular better perform because munching on pig cheeks is Sam's favourite dinner.

I agree with most of your comments Guernsey in regards to big Sam, even the Walker and Smith, but I cannot agree Gordon Lee being in the Walker Smith camp, he had us playing some great football, baffling why he let Dave Thomas go but fully understand letting McKenzie go, overall we played some great football under Gordon Lee.
No silverwere but such great memories of Latchford King, Dobson, Thomas McKenzie and the like, some very good memories, whereas Walker and Smith, all bad.
