Just read an article that Everton are not looking for funds off LCC for the new stadium, it's total costs will run at 500 hundred million anybody know who this secret invester is? That's if the article is true.

I think it’s going to cost more than that to be honest Wembley cost that years ago, and prices do go up, anyone know how much spurs cost.
Also ours will be more complexed because of foundations is water at moment so it’s going to cost lots just to prepare the site, anyone know of someone in the metal/ steel industry, oh wait Moshri friend USMANOV.
