I've stayed quiet for a long, long time but I feel Silva got the job as the powers that be saw him as a young Jose mourinho. We have the chance now to remove him and bring I someone new but who and who would want to come?
Arteta has been learning off pep and is ex-blue but unproven.
Rafa ticks every box but would he leave now? I think not.
Moyes would install the passion and bring through youth but isn't it a step backwards?
Eddie Howe, I feel an English Silva who has good spells and bad spells.
Theresa May, not strong enough and is to busy messing up need it:)

He got the job based on Moshris advisor. Whoever that is, if they are live, they need to bury their ego. If, as I suspect an existing board member/ executive is involved then he should let it go. Give him an honoury position. I stress my opinion.
