Another quality signing going elsewhere. How many more are we going to miss out on before the board pull their fingers out. Or are they just waiting to reinvest 20% of the stones money when he goes in the next few days.

I just do not understand why we always dither over players, why wait til the season has started before bringing in players, no pre season prep, thrown straight in, just ridiculous now that even straight forward signing seem to take weeks to complete.
