Gary Monk is being mentioned by BT Sport as a Manager of the year. He apparently replaced Roberto Martinez as Swansea Captain. Wonder what the odds are on him replacing him as Everton manager. As I would prefer a UK manager then I would say fairly good.

West Ham are now being mentioned as interest in Mirrellas.

Agree0 Disagree0

I do like Monk but I would rather have someone with more experience if we get rid of RM. That said, I expect him to get until December in the hot seat, if we struggle again then he needs to be replaced.
KM leaving us to go to West Ham will be a strange one. It's a champs league team he wants to play for, can't see them getting that tbf. I do think he has been punished for that penalty miss by only keeping him on the fringes of he first team. I reckon RM will sell him to the highest bidder in the summer, looks like he just wants rid of him

Not a fan of monk, also, west ham have no chance of mirallas, he wants champions league football and it is a backwards step. They have even less chance of deulofeu, oh yeah, I've read their site, i'm not saying we wikk get him, in fact I doubt we will but they have NO chance.

all this talk of a new manager. no chance.
we are stuck with Mr.Bean now,BK is too weak to sack him.
we have another season of this fake, even if we get relegated
next season he will convince Kenwrght he can get us into Europe again.
Who wants to become another Blackpool with this chairman & excuse for a Prem manager?

{Ed025's Note - im still a BK fan hendo, i cant help it mate, i know im probably in the minority but i love the family feel of the club and believe its in part down to bill, RM on the other hand is as you say a fake, but im with you that BK will show loyalty to him and he will be here next season..

BK has created a ''family feel'' deliberately .

He's in business he's an entrepreneur first and foremost,

so he knows he has to exude a benevolent father figure persona to keep a sizeable section of the fans onside etc.

However it's wearing way way to thin to be feasible as more and more fans get frustrated at our plight!

It's like yours is the only family in the street who haven't been abroad for your hols.

Hey Dad , how about a trip to Disneyland?!

BK may have his faults as we all do, but the fact remains he saved us from agent Johnson and the mess we were in, when there was not exactly a queue of potential buyers lining up. He has got us to the level where we have competed with the money clubs for a European place although in a David and Goliath struggle rather than a fair fight admittedly.

However, he has also kept us out of the hands of all the fantasist billionaires that have destroyed so many clubs, remember a couple of years ago, Fulham were sold to a mega billionaire, lots of our fans were slating BK and screaming "Why not us?" Now Fulham are at the wrong end of the Championship table.

I'll stick with what we have for now.

If BK is being choosy and discerning and so on, fair enough!

However surely there must have been at least one sound and good opportunity to take us forward by now?

I am not a 'turkey voting for xmas' either, it's just patience wears thin after a certain amount of time.

Tick Tock.

That is only something we can speculate about 24/7. At the end of the day, I suspect mega rich "Abramovitch" style owners who want a new toy and are prepared to throw money at a club are few and far between.

I have to admit to being a BK supporter, I think he has brought stability. I also believe the ground is the restricting factor and a new stadium is required to raise Everton to the next level. Unfortunately I think we will struggle to finance such a move but I'm forever hopeful.
