As an ED alludes to the second charge if confirmed can include anything from a slapped wrist. If guilty, I am hoping for a slapped wrist but if not, a Transfer Ban would be a commonsense award. It would aid Everton in getting to grips.

Chelsea dealt with a ban due to 40+ signed players and a youth team with several players of EPL standard. We don't have either. If we get done a 2nd time then a points deduction is counted this season, disastrous. A transfer ban would likely last 2 windows. And wouldn't affect us until next season. Having to bank on 3 promoted sides coming up and having a fruitless season to give us a chance of surviving but we wouldn't be stronger than Leeds or Leicester. Seems A Transfer ban is very likely the worst out come as it'd be a death from a 1000cuts. We are losing A lot of players contracts this summer and will be selling some too. A fine would be best as you say. Let's hope we can get a 7point gap between us and relegation and then we'd want a deduction right? It all smacks of yet another angle to whip the ridiculous EPL or whoever is ultimately responsible for this badly outlined make it up as you go PSR FFP shambles.

{Ed002's Note - It is nothing to do with Chelsea. There is nothing to say a transfer ban would only last two windows and there is no indication of when it would start - but it will be one way for Everton to start getting spending back on track - but right now the club is bust and cannot afford the wage bill. The problem is Everton - not the other clubs and certainly not the Premier League who followed due process as they will with Notting Ham Forest in a couple of weeks - and the Everton again.}

I didn't say it had anything to do with Chelsea or why Chelsea got a transfer ban. But they did get a transfer ban and they were in a much more robust situation squad wise to deal with it. Simples.

{Ed002's Note - So it is completely irrelevant.}

Ed02 you are spot on Everton and more importantly the way the board of management have run this club making bad managerial choices and having to pay them off buying players for hugely inflated prices and putting them on gargantuan wages are just a few of the mistakes this club has made and there is no one else to blame except Everton simple as that and any fan that thinks any different is look at this sticky situation we have got ourselves into through blue tinted specs and afraid.

Whilst 120k a week is an obscene amount to be paying someone for kicking a ball. In football terms it’s far from gargantuan. Certain clubs are paying their players 300k+, now that’s gargantuan.

If we got value from our players that earn 120k a week, we wouldn't be in this position. This all started years ago with our scatter gun approach to signing anyone that was available for overinflated fees and wages. Doomed to fail from day one.

why is no one at the top held accountable, the team has been done for something the owners did, they can now go to another club and do the same thing again,
