Another day, another dollar.or not in the case of Everton football club anyway.oh boy - how much longer do we have to wait for a signing, this is getting embarrassing now. it gets me how Chelski can just steal in at the eleventh hour & wrap up a £20 million deal for Pedro in 2 days & we are still waiting for news.I've been told the Yarmalenko deal has hit a snag with his wage demands - why am I not surprised? You know I wouldn't be at all surprised if we don't now sign anyone b4 the end of the transfer window.

Had a feeling he would be a pain with wages as they are paid nowhere near as much as our Epl players and can guarantee his agent is trying to fleece us out of every penny.

I'd like him at the club but who told you about the wage demands how do we even know he's a possibility, poeple go mad about every signing other teams make whether there good or not

I'd be surprised if Chelsea hadn't scouted Pedro for some time and had spoken with his representatives long before. Every club is surely looking at players all the time and must have dossiers on hundreds of them so that they can take things further when needed. I accept that once their interest became serious things appear to have moved quickly, but the idea that any transfer happens out of the blue just doesn't seem probable. It also helps to have plenty of money and not have to penny-pinch on every bit of expenditure, but Everton are not able (and certainly not willing) to just splash the cash. Frustrating isn't it? ;-)
{Ed001's Note - Ed002 mentioned on one of the sites months ago that Pedro was an option for Chelsea. It was more a case of him not being first choice that it only happened now.}

Apparently the wages are sorted it's the dynamo chairman wanting more money that's the snag Yarmalenko wants to join just need to sort fee out.

Ed001: Kudos to Ed002 for having mentioned this a while ago. I don't read all of the sites, so didn't see it at the time. There must be loads of transfers that happen where the player involved isn't necessarily the first, second, or even lower preference of a club. I bet that's especially the case as deadline-day approaches!
