Everyone here rates Stones as do I. But let's get real. If we got 40 mil for him; a player who has played 20 odd premier league games that is good business IMO. My concern is we don't spend it! If he goes for that money it finally proves the EPL has totally lost its head.

By selling our best players now when apparently we don't need to it sends the wrong message and we will never be able to have any players other than average because if there good we will sell them for money therefor always being an average team at best. We've said he's not for sale so we should stick to that if we wanna cash in next year maybe we can do it on our terms and ours alone

12m would go to Barnsley mate. 28m is simply not enough to buy a quality replacement, cover, a qualitu number 10 and striker plus any others needed for depth. Silly selling for such a low fee.

No wonder I didn't pass Maths til Year 13! Still, thankfully Martinez has said there is no offer too good not to turn down and it is up to him. I'm still not worried, the transfer request bs is just trying to stir trouble.
