I am what some may call a veteran - in all definitions of the word. Naive as it may seem to some and as far as football in general and Everton in particular is concerned, I just do not understand that if a Club such as ours with an apparently new owner of wealth and willingness to invest not only his money but but business wealth and experience would sanction the selling off of our best assets I. E. Stones, Lukaku etc! Especially as we are told that Everton are building for the future.

They want to go, simple as that. Anyway, it is good business to get50 mil for stones and 75 mil for Lukaku. All premier league clubs have money these days and an extra 100 mil is nothing. We have to prove ourselves in competition and improve the stadium before we can compete or pay way over the odds for average players. I would take a gamble with Galloway, browning and co and Ronald is the best guy to get results out of them,
