Contrary to some I think the Tosun transfer has gone through quite smoothly this time, i see below some posters below saying how drawn out it has been, if Tosun had failed his medical or whatever we would have had posters on here immediately saying it can only happen to Everton blah blah, also we are still getting some toxic posts on here re Ross, maybe it was down to the boo boys who kept on at him at Everton and that could be why he is off, anyway on a lighter note I see Big Sam has been nominated for manager of the month hope he gets it for what he has done at our Club in such a short time.

Agree0 Disagree1

Agree 100 % with the first half of that GB. Fans should never be listened to when it comes to critique of transfer dealings. Not a single commentator has a clue what's been going on. Just cherry pick the details to suit their vitriol.

Unfortunately I think you and B. S. should get a room GB. You love him long time. I agree the results initially were what mattered but the football is atrocious. I'm actually embarrassed to watch the games. I want to see him play some football but he never has and never will. Everyone got their knickers in a twist whenever RK was quoted on his long-term future because he was often stating his future hopes were away from EFC yet B. S. is able to humiliate us in press conferences to the same end. He has stated we can't compete and are a small club that can never expect to win with the top 6. Double standards? Hypocrisy
As a EFC fan I hoped to eat my words but as the weeks go on, I am appalled by what I see. I know the GBs and GTs love the big faced man. Hahahahaha oh well opinions make the world go round.

It’s quite comical to read some of the posts on the Echo site just because we have not been able to register or announce the signing of Cenk yet.
Everyone blaming BK or SW for cocking it up.
The guy is sorting his contract with his agent and the club to get the best terms possible and the club will be negotiating as best they can to limit financial exposure, it takes time.
The main thing is we will have him for the long haul and hopefully we will see a decent player emerge in a blue shirt.
Some fans think the games all over now as he won’t be available to play, we still have the same chance as we did this time yesterday, or when the draw was made.

Please god we play an attacking line up and give it a go, I’m not sure I can take any more of the tactics of the last few games. COYB.

Arent the reds umming and ahhing over whether to play Van dyke and he has been in the premier league for years and at his new club all week.
maybe rushing this guy in is not the best idea, we've seen how throwing foreign players in straight away and having a big expectation from the off.
Lets not have another Sandro, Klassen and Vlasic moment.

Gb, I tend to agree with a lot of your posts and have on occasions said the same about the boo boys and Ross, however, in all my time going back to the Barmby two fingers at us after we got him back to the top.

I have never felt as angry as to how Barkley has shafted us big time, he had the chance to sign and give Everton a decent return, instead he headed back, use finch farm and our top physios, pick up his wages, then cost us not just £20 Millions, but wages on top as well.

Lukaku, Rooney, Lescott, Stones all left, but they didn’t wind their contract right down, we got a decent return for them.

Ross has to look after himself and put himself first, but the way he has done it has lost any respect I had for the player.

Sorry if I disagree Gb but that’s why a lot of Blues are pissed off with the player.

I have to say I never booed Ross in fact I came close to blows with a few fans who did but I fully understand the abuse he is getting and he deserves it he has used our great club to get himself a bigger signing on fee I for one will never welcome him back to goodison park.

Sadly for Barkley it is his personal life that he has problems with. If it is all over the girl and the alleged "Gangsters" she associates herself with, then maybe he is better off away from the city, I really am not sure.

Whatever the reason is I still feel he has gone about it in the wrong way. How we are as a club now, it was inevitable he would leave and I am happy he has decided to do it now and not wait for the final 6 months to expire. Saying that we are a club that is in a transition stage, we will emerge a better and stronger side that will be ready to move into a new stadium within a few seasons, no matter who is manager, and I think he will regret leaving us.
