A goal up at ht but got to say we still look like a side lacking in confidence and belief. Cardiff were put to the sword by Watford yet we are still cautious going forward and not really playing with any real pace.

Much improved second half and we played better with a little less fear, Bernard made a difference down the left and actually took the fullback on more than Ricky did in 60 minutes. Need to be better Sunday and raise our game.

You have said all along we won't go down. Well where were you in october/ November when the team was flying. Judging by your posts, hidden away wanting it all to go wrong.

We were awful first half smit, that is fact mate. Richarlison only passes the ball if it bounces off him, the lad needs a spell out. We were a lot better second half and accidentally or not did anyone else note that zonal marking all but went back to man marking! Down to Jags that! And we looked better for it. As I said earlier Liverpool have come at the wrong time, we need confidence building. Oh and I also have not changed my mind on Silva.

What you say is pretty much correct. Not euphoric or overly critical.
What is ironic is that Dark Clouds is the title of a song from the group Space (great band) , who happen to be Liverpool supporters.
I’m sure it’s just a coincidence 😂.

I have woken up DC. I have woken up to the fact that whilst most on here are genuine Evertonians, some are fake Evertonians who would willingly sacrifice their team just because they don't like the owner or manager. Never in my 52 years of supporting Everton have I known anyone not want us to win. What colour scarf will you be wearing for the derby?

I know we were bad 1st half BCT. What that game showed is that the biggest reason for our poor performances is lack of confidence and tiredness. As soon as we were 2 up we played like we did in the 1st half of the season.
This squad might be fragile mentally but with some good results and the crowd behind them there is a very good team in there.
One or two leaders added to this squad and things will improve again.
