It's been said before and yesterday only enhanced the thought that we need a leader on the pitch. Shocking first half, excellent second half shows that the leadership comes from the team talk. This should have been sorted 20 minutes into the game by a leader on the pitch.
It's an observation not a moan, but it's plain that unless Silva has a half time team talk, nothing changes. And if we're poor in the second half then we're knackered just like the Newcastle game.
The purchase of a leader in the summer is number 1 priority for me. Because for all his endeavour Coleman doesn't cut the mustard (see what I did there) of captaincy.

Have to disagree about Coleman, for me he is definitely captain material. Unfortunately he leads by example and not so much vocally. We definitely need a vocal player to sort things out on the pitch but not necessarily be captain.

I think mina was very vocal and did well organising the defense yeterday.
