If we sack Lampard and bring in Moyes, surely we deserve all we get. How can he make a difference when his own job is hanging by the thinnest of threads due to bad results with, arguably, a better squad.
Its got to be seen as a step backwards. Its just like for like. Seems like a waste of time.

Well he did keep west ham up with a worse squad.
Comparing Moyes and Lampard is like comparing Ancelotti and Martinez.

Ancelotti and Koeman! Surely.

Kind of surprised with Moyse's and the Hammers predicament he, by his own standards should be keeping them in a permanent safe PL position by now.
This league is a minefield for managers if they stray just a little off course however I still believe he is more capable than FL.

Can’t see it myself, but nothing surprises me now.

Moyes will have a job with the hammers after this weekend, as we won't be getting much from the game. looks like we are stuck with Frank. this should have been sorted before world cup.

{Ed025's Note - i agree goody..

If we bring moyes in then that’s me done with the club.

Why is there always sentimentality to ex managers and players?

They’ve left us and should stay gone.

We did fairly well with Moyes, however the league was a different beast then with only a handful of teams competing at the top and wasn’t too hard to be best of the rest. The league is far harder now with many more decent teams in it and long stayers having considerably improved.

He’s failing at West Ham so why would we want him?

{Ed025's Note - thats what i keep saying dan..

Definitely more capable than Lampard and done very well with West Ham last season. He was a bit like that with us for first few seasons. Big fluctuation in finishing place from one season to the next. It settled after a few and he was very consistent.

I see Moyes as more a coach and player buyer type manager if you get me. He is unreal at getting the very best out of players. That's what we need in my opinion. This squad is a lot better than it is playing and that's down to management and coaching. Lampard needs to go as we are not moving forward. Still don't think Moyes is the man. Would much prefer someone else.

One last thing, we stayed up last year. Can anyone say we had a better squad last year than this year? Richy was very good last year and was head n shoulders above everyone else. That's true of the last few months alright. First half of the season it wasn't so apparent. Leave that out of it and we have a much better squad this season.

Lampard gambled on DCL being fit and spent £35m on two players to sit on the bench. That's just a small number of the decisions that went the wrong way. The coaching seems to be not there either. I don't understand the criticism Gray gets. A bit if coaching on his end product and the players around him he's as good as anyone in his position in the league for me.

We need to avoid the BK preferences and Moshiris football ineptitudes and where that leaves us I don't know, but it must be better than this.
