Ed I agree with those two but then why not the others? Warburton did a fantastic job with Brentford as well. Everton always have been and always will be my number 1 team but living in Burnley and watching them struggle with teams like Preston and Gillingham and be where they are now is incredible and that is down to them two men. Surely it's worth giving them a chance and pay a lot less than we would have to pay for Pellegrini who in all respect will retire soon and we will be back to square one.

{Ed025's Note - i see where your coming from duaney but imo that sort of mentality where we have put frugality before success is what has held this club back in the past, if you want to be successful you have to think big, big manager..big players.. and a big stadium, with moshiri we have the chance to give this big time a real crack mate and i would like to see us go for it..

I truly believe Moshiri has big plans and that excites me Ed. But after the decline of the last two seasons surely if we give a young manager a chance, not just the ones I've mentioned I'm in no way against the bright young foreign managers mentioned (I was just doing the whole support British managers thing) . I just like the idea of the next generation of 'superstars' being excited about the Everton project.

{Ed025's Note - in the end we wont get a say in it mate, but the aim for all of us is the same..to see everton up where we belong dining at the top table..

That we can agree on Ed. Whatever happens this summer will be eventful!

{Ed025's Note - and i cant wait duaney..
