I still cannot understand the situation with Niasse who was not even on the bench against United leaving us with just Lukaku as center forward in the squad. Niasse cost us 13.5M pounds and a was given a 4.5 year contract. Not sure about his wages but if you assume it is at least the average Everton player salary then it is 1.5M pounds a year. So we invested a total of at least 21M pounds on a player that cannot even make the bench for our most important game of the year. This alone should give the board reason for wondering if we have the right man to spend whatever money will be available for new players this summer.

Convinced something strange going on at the club re Niasse. He played for Senegal the other week and scored and can't get in the team. Who on earth sanctioned that transfer. He is obviously no good. Would not surprise me if the players had no respect for Martinez. They know he is a fraud like the majority of us. At the moment we need a manager with plenty of experience who commands respect. It would be great if we went for Simeone or Dortmund's manager. Let's see what the new shareholder does when he asks the board questions! Surely he will not allow Martinez to buy any players. let us hope that Martinez gets his marching orders soon. Fergie and Unsworth till end of the season.
