Just thinking out loud, but, IMHO, the keeper has done enough, to keep his place. Some good stops, plus, his command of his area seems to have improved, along with his decision making.

Well he's kept 2 clean sheets in 3 starts which speaks for itself in my opinion.

He has never really made huge clangers or likewise super impressed. He will do for now in my opinion. We seem tohave 2 keepers who are on a par.

Maybe Stekelenburg joining has provided some good competition for the place and Joel is now shining.

Joel I feel deserves his place for the rest of the season, you never know with keepers, Joel does have good reactions and maybe the rest will come now.
We must however be on the look out for a new keeper come the summer as to get to the top of the prem you need a top class keeper and Joel has yet to prove this.
