ed what think of kieran dowell mate, i can see him playing big part next season the rocket in tanzania the the way he took the goal against twente, is it just me or can i see a new kevin sheedy in the making!

I would like Dowell to get some game time this season (hopefully at us) . Hopefully it will be a case of 'if you're good enough you're old enough'. If he can get the same amount of game time as Davies did last season he could save us a fair bit of money, which can be used elsewhere e. g. new cb, new striker.

I like him but he is miles away from being 1st team. He scores great goals but there is not much else which is what you would expect at his age.
He played mainly on the right wing in the world cup and was ineffect in a couple of those games.
Don't get me wrong I really think he has a great future but he needs baby steps and development over the coming season.
