so Niasse has been charged with simulation and I agree he definitely went down very easily but I remember watching the debate on sky sports and Chris Powell was on talking about how the simulation panel work as they where discussing a player diving in a earlier game (I can't remember which player it was) but he said even if there is min contact you can't charge the player with simulation now I'm sure Dann did put his arm across Niasse so surely they can't charge him with simulation my thoughts are if Niasse played for one of the top 6 he wouldn't of been charged but that's just my feelings on it.

the other week Rodriguez didn't go down after contact against city, all the pundits said he should have gone down, yet the criticise Niasse for doing exactly that!
