Toffee web. com say we are favourites to sign Robbie Brady. Good player but we may be held to ransome on. price. I have a feeling that agents are throwing our name into every transfer to put up the price because of our new investment?

Can't see him as anything more than a squad player not really better than anything we already have.

May not be an automatic first choice but we do need more options and we need to pad the squad out a bit having lost Osman, Pienaar, hopefully McGeady, Hibbo etc. We need numbers as well as some quality.

Another naismith type player (who I liked by the way and was gutted when he went) I thought we wanted to move the club forward? I know we need squad player but this lad from villa and now Brady? It's hardly mata or witsel is it. Bit disappointing.
